For this collaboration, I wanted to go beyond a product drop. My approach was to be truly rooted in authentic fandom, tapping into the shared excitement, nostalgia, and creativity that captures the Nintendo Pokémon community. I wanted this to feel like a collab that belongs to fans, not just another product drop, but a crossover universe built with them.

Storytelling Through Mystery → Hype → FOMO → Friendship

The rollout mirrored a Pokémon narrative arc:

Mystery: Tease the crossover universe.

Buzz: Tap into the fandom, reveal the drop, and exclusive collectibles.

Excitement: Celebrate the evolution of both worlds.

FOMO: Drive participation through polls, giveaways, content creators, and shared UGC moments.

My goal and role... to craft an unforgettable digital and social experience that feels less like an ad, and more like a legendary moment of FRIENSHIP, FLAVOR, and FANDOM, where Nintendo users, Pokémon trainers, and Kung Fu Tea fans meet, share, and evolve together.
